I can’t believe how all airlines seem to nickle and dime every little things. I was flying to Canada this week. They charged me 32 bucks for checking 1 bag in. Charged me 6 bucks for a cheap snack pack. Don’t play any movies because the airlines can’t afford to pay to play the movies. They overbooked the flight, because they placed a bunch of plains in the dessert so they can have more full flights. Great for them they turned a profit. Why do I feel like i get robbed for bad service, low quality food, delayed flights, etc. Shouldn’t they be penalized if my flight is late as well. How is it that the airlines seem to have all the power and were forced to us put up with poor service. yes I could just not fly though don’t be ridiculous this is to inform the airlines how they can improve to better suite our needs as customers.

us airways customer service is the absolute worst i have ever delt with. my daughter was flying home and had to change planes in phoenix az. they changed the gate number on her. so she figures something is wrong when there is noone around and asks someone. their customer service girl tracey in a name tells my daughter that she has only ten minutes and thats not enough time for her to make it to the gate. so she should just go to customer service desk. never having changed planes before she didnt realize she could have caught her flight if she ran to the gate. as we have all be forced to do on occation because of gate changes. so now she is stuck in the phoenix airport all night with no money and not even a hotel voucher. US AIRLINES YOU SUX. YOU ARE THE WORST AIRLINE. asking for a superviser gets you waiting for two hours on the phone and some person across the country who couldnt care less. the people who buy these tickets are human beings. try treating us like that once in a while. what horrible lives you must have that you have to find pleasure in leaving minors in airports where any deviant or sex offender can molest them. really, all bet if it was your child, you would do something. NEVER BUYING A TICKET FROM US AIR AGAIN.
